Q: Why don’t you sell to my country?

A: Good question. I’m not quite sure. Send us an email, and maybe we should expand further!

Q: I haven’t heard of THE Hammerstroke before. Who are you?

A: That’s not so strange. We launched our new international webstore in December 2019. Check out our About Us page. 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All the goods we sell are sent from our store in Norway. 

Q: Do your prices include VAT and customs?


Q: Which shipping company do you use?

A: We use UPS.

Q: Can I buy the item and return it if I don’t want it?

A: Yes you can. Do note you need to let us know that you want to return the item within 14 days and that we do not cover return postage. Read more about shipping on our International Shipping page.

Q: I have invented a tool and need a sales channel. Do you want to have a look at it?

A: Of course. We know the pain of being a small company without financially strong partners and would love to see more local inventors get their product on the market. We don’t want suppliers with the most articles, but with the best and most innovative.

Q: I know about a tool you should sell. What will you give me if I tell you about it?
