How to Make a Claim
Please start with sending us an email. Include any relevant information such as a description of what happened, images etc.
The tool/goods might need to be returned for examination, postage prepaid by you, to a location designated by us. You must provide proof of initial purchase date, and an explanation of how the tool brooke must accompany the merchandise. We’ll let you know by email.
If it’s obviuos that it’s a production fault we migh choose to send a new item without examining the faulty item physically.
